The swing of the Adjustable Gada is identical that of a traditional gada but with the ability to incorporate progressive overload into your training plan.
The strength, durability and safety of swinging with the Adjustable Gada is achieved through a loadable sleeve bored into, anchored and fixed with a powerful, custom epoxy.
The Adjustable Gada is safely loadable up to 50lbs of Standard Gauge (1") plates. High-density, durable polymer collars allow you to apply different combinations of weight plates in order to progress your gada along with your strength.
